本研究开发了一台应用于高能量离子束诊断的直线式飞行时间质谱仪,实现了其与高能真空弧放电离子源的联用。该仪器加速电压30 kV,飞行腔有效飞行距离1.5 m,通过短脉冲离子门精确截取,ICCD高速相机优化聚焦,仪器分辨率优于90 FWHM,对放电过程中产生的等离子体可实现不同时间的离子成分分析。将该方法用于真空弧放电离子源放电过程中离子成分的检测,放电2 μs时,电离成分以气态离子C+、O+、C2+、O2+为主;放电6 μs后,除气体成分外,还可以检测到Fe+、Cu+及其同位素金属离子峰。该仪器能够给出离子源放电产生离子的种类、价态以及相对含量等信息,可实现整个放电过程产生离子成分信息的准确诊断。 相似文献

In this research both low temperature high velocity oxygen-fuel flame (LT-HVOF) and high velocity oxygen-fuel flame (HVOF) techniques were employed to prepare WC-10Co4Cr splats and coatings. In situ cutting of WC-10Co-4Cr splats was carried out with focused ion beam (FIB), and a model was proposed to describe how the wear resistance of WC-10Co4Cr coatings was correlated with its residual stress state and the splats deposition state. It was observed that in LT-HVOF spraying process, WC-10Co4Cr splats were slightly melted showing "hill" shape, while in HVOF spraying process, the splats were half melted having the appearance of "concavity". The residual stress of WC-10Co4Cr coatings is determined by the size, melting state, flight speed and temperature gradient of splats. In this paper, the quantitative function formula involving heating temperature and the flight speed of the powder is put forward for the first time to predict the wear resistance of the WC-10Co4Cr coatings. This will provide a theoretical basis for engineering practice and an effective way to save costs. 相似文献

A theory is presented for the effect of axial strain on the stiffness and damping of a rubber strip clamped at its ends and deformed laterally. Experiments on such a system were carried out, varying the tensile strain and the sample dimensions. Both free and forced oscillations were used, the former giving more accurate results for the damping. The results were compared with the theoretical predictions with very good agreement. The work suggests that it may be possible to vary the damping of an engineering component by design of the shape and mode of application of the forces, rather than by variation of the rubber compound out of which it is made. This presents possible advantages with regard to overall performance of the component, for example, the temperature sensitivity. It also suggests a mechanism for possible artefacts in characterisation tests for elastic and loss moduli of the material. 相似文献

北京放射性核束装置在线同位素分离器(BRISOL)采用100 MeV、200 μA回旋加速器提供的质子束打靶产生中、短寿命放射性核束,在线分析后供物理用户使用,其质量分辨率好于20 000。为开展20Na核的奇异衰变特性研究,研制了氧化镁靶,并采用100 MeV质子束轰击氧化镁靶在线产生了20~26Na+的钠同位素放射性核束。当质子束流强为8 μA时,20Na+离子束的最大产额为2×105 s-1,21Na+离子束的最大产额为4×108 s-1。完成了北京放射性核束装置首个放射性核束物理实验,累计供束近200 h。 相似文献

Greenhouses in northern climates require a large amount of supplemental heating for growing crops in winter seasons, so energy‐efficient design of greenhouses based on local climate is important to minimize the heating demand. In this study, greenhouse design parameters including shape, orientation, the angle of the roof, and width of the span have been studied for the conceptual design of conventional greenhouses for Canadian Prairies using a heating simulation model. Five different shapes of greenhouses including even‐span, uneven‐span, modified arch, vinery, and quonset shape have been selected for the study. The simulation results proved that the uneven‐span gable roof shape receives the highest solar radiation, whereas the quonset shape receives the lowest solar radiation. However, the quonset shape greenhouse requires about 7.6% less annual heating as compared to the gable roof greenhouse, but the quonset would not be adopted as multispan greenhouses. Therefore, the gable roof greenhouse is considered as energy efficient for the multispan gutter connected greenhouses whereas quonset shape as a free‐standing single‐span greenhouses. In high northern latitudes, the greenhouse with east‐west orientation is more energy efficient from heating and cooling point of view when the length‐width ratio of the greenhouse is more than 1. ABSTRACTSpitting behaviour of four casted and powder metallurgy ingots used in the fabrication of NiCoCrAlY-type environmental protective coatings by electron beam physical vapour deposition was investigated and correlated with ingot microstructures and compositions. Spits found in the coatings mainly consisted of the Ni5Y phase precipitated in the β-NiAl matrix while their typical size exceeded 50?µm. Spitting was less pronounced for ingots having a higher Cr content, larger size of γ-Ni(Co, Cr) precipitates formed within β-NiAl grains and narrower transitional zone formed at the interface between molten and unmolten ingot regions and consisting of coarsened β grains. Large (above 100?µm) agglomerates of the Ni5Y phase detected below the zone were identified as the main spit precursors. 相似文献
